fastens at the side with 5 hook and eye closures and 2 PRYM snaps, also features an additional internal flap, with three eye fastenings that would have secured the skirt to another item of clothing
The measurements could very easily be altered to fit smaller sizes
by repositioning/ adding additional snaps and hook closures
